Delete Your Benchino Account

You can permanently delete your Benchino account and the personal data and content associated with it.

Delete your account in the app

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from Benchino:

1. Open Benchino and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to the account/profile settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the confirmation message and confirm the deletion.

Request deletion outside the app

If you cannot access Benchino, you can request account deletion by email. Please send the request from the email address associated with your Benchino account whenever possible.

Use the subject Benchino Account Deletion Request. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

What is deleted?

When you delete your Benchino account, your account and the data associated with it are permanently deleted. This includes your profile information and user-created content associated with your account, including benches and memories you have added.

Other account-associated data stored by Benchino is also removed as part of the deletion process.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may be retained only where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or protect the security and integrity of Benchino. Any such retention is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
